THE INFLUENCES OF LEADERSHIP STYLE,
COMPENSATION AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEES
PERFORMANCE OF PT. BPR TAPEUNADANA DEPOK

ABSTRAK
This study aimed to determine the influences of leadership style, compensation and
motivation on employee performance PT. BPR Tapeunadana Depok branch funds.
The independent variable in this study is the leadership style (X1), Compensation (X2)
and Motivation (X3). While the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y).
The results stated that the style of leadership, compensation and motivation as one of
indicators on the performance of employees has a positive influence that can improve
employee performance and a positive impact for company. The most dominant part of
leadership style is participation style,and bonus is the most influences part for compensation
variabel while for the motivation variabel,social demantion and self actualitiation are the most
influences part of it. Meawhile for the most dominan variabel in performance variabel are
performance quality and punctuality
