The management challenge now is to win the talent war. Talent war is a situation when companies are trying to beat their competitors in order to obtain the best available talent in the labor market. Essence of Talent Management is how an organization should be able to recruit, develop, and then retain the human resources that have a high and superior performance. Talent Management is a process to indentify the employees who have the capability to become future leaders / senior managers. This identification process is based on two key elements, namely competence aspect and performance aspect. Talent is the differentiating factor organizational performance. Companies that want to grow and improve the business should focus seek, attractive and retain the best people. Only the best people, in sufficient quantities in the right position and the optimal utilization that can drive continuous improvement and growth. The purpose of this paper is to find out the implementation of Talent Management at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and what are the problems found in the implementation of Talent Management at PT. Bank Negara (Persero) Tbk. Talent Management at BNI known as Talent Pool System. The system that regulates the process of regeneration of key position holders in BNI. The process is done through the development of competencies of the candidates in a systematic and sustained.
