PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. TRANSOCEAN INDONESIA

ABSTRAK
Abstract The research of compensation and control to employee discipline at PT. Transocean Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to determine how much influence of compensation and control to employee discipline at PT. Transocean Indonesia. In statistical analysis the authors use the program SPSS 17 with significance level α = 5%. Data processing performed by SPSS 17, then the obtained r = 0,809, with double determination of the remaining 65,5% and 34,5% show the contribution of other factors. Regression value obtained for Ŷ = 9,559 + 0,569X1 + 0,232X2 and for the F test with α = 5% obtained Fcount value of 29,463 and Ftable value of 3,300 which means Fcount > Ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.
