PERUMUSAN STRATEGI KEMITRAAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN
METODE METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

ABSTRAK
PT. PRAKARSA ALAM SEGAR is a company producing instant food, it’s main product is
the famouse noodle brand mie sedaap. PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar classified plant species which
means mass production fictories producing goods with few relatively few but large production
volumes, product demand fixed / stable so there is seasonal. The selection of suppliers by PT.
Prakarsa Alam Segar is one important aspect that ensures the smooth operation of firms so that
the purpose of this study is to select the best suppliers using the method of AHP (Analytical
Hierarchy Process)., while for the method AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) by considering the
criteria quality aspect, production capacity, the accuracy of amount, and criteria on price. The
rusults of supplier selection criteria weight calculations show that the quality aspect criteria are
43.52%, while production capacity to it’s weight 35.79%, and the price to it’s weight 11.54% and
the last is accuracy with the weight of 9.15%. Suppliers are selected PT. Bumi Alam Segar (M4)

with the priority value is 47.8%. information system is expected to process the procurement of raw
materials between suppliers and PT. Prakarsa Alam segar can run more better and smoothly.
