PERSEPSI KHALAYAK TENTANG KEPUASAN PELANGGAN MEMAKAI MOTOR MATIC SUZUKI HAYATE (SURVEI : PENGGUNA MOTOR SUZUKI HAYATE DI DEALER SUZUKI MOTOR JL. H. NAMAN NO. 06 PONDOK KELAPA, JAKARTA TIMUR )

ABSTRAK
Motorcycle is one way out and is very efficient because it can bermanufer well as in bad condition, a motorcycle capable of much faster when compared to other vehicles. The purpose of this study was to determine the public perception of the satisfaction of wearing motorcycle matic Suzuki Hayate.There are five driving factors that make customers feel satisfied that the quality of product, price, service quality, and ease emotional factor.The method used in this study is a survey method, descriptive type of research using quantitative research, data collection techniques performed by meyebar questionnaires, sampling techniques used are accidential sampling is a community with a population of bike users Suzuki matic "Hayate" in Suzuki Motor Dealer Jl. H. No Naman. 06 Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta with a sample of 78 respondents. These results indicate that customers are satisfied using matic motorcycle Suzuki Hayate. Seen from the results of descriptive test frequency, the average value per indicator are diinterval 2.50 to 3.25 which means satisfied. Judging from the highest average value per dimension indicates that the Suzuki Hayate satisfied customers using these motors. But should the Suzuki in the Suzuki Hayate prefers to promote the quality, so consumers are satisfied with the price given the Suzuki.
