PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN OUTSOURCING PT. PERSONEL ALIH DAYA PONTIANAK DI PT. INDOSAT KALIMANTAN BARAT

ABSTRAK
Human Resource is the most important factor in an organization. Therefore in order to keep survive and has a competitive advantage, beside the capability of financial management it should sustained with capability to manage human resources as well. In this respect employee satisfaction should be developed. Job satisfaction becomes important matter because it has huge beneficial to the employee and company as well. Important for employee by achieving Job satisfaction, it cause effort to increase employee happiness and important to the company because it could trigger the employee to work harder and loyal to the company and increase company growth eventually. The aims of this research is to investigate the influence of the organization culture and Job motivation toward employee job satisfaction of outsourcing employee of PT Personel Alih Daya Pontianak at PT Indosat Kalimantan Barat. Based on that objective, variable of organization culture and Job motivation are independent variabels (X1 and X2) and the variable of job satisfaction is dependent (Y). This research is conducted with survey methodology toward 80 respondents, taken from total 100 employees at PT Indosat Kalimantan Barat. The test result shows 3 hypotheses are accepted.
