EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE COURT KARAWANG

ABSTRAK
This study to gain insight influence leadership stly, organizational culture and motivation employee performance against court karawang. Independent variables in this study in the leadership style (X1), cuture organization (X2) and motivation (X3) and employee performance dependent variable (Y). The result stated that the style of leadership, organizational culture and motivation as ameans of meansuring the performance of employees has a positive influence that can improve employee performance and a positive impact for the district karawang. The most domaint dimensionof the leadership style is free rein, to the variable dimension of organizational culture is the dominant dimension is the dimension of extrenal motivation. While a more domaint performance variable dimensions are dimensions of quality of work.
