ABSTRAK
This thesis aims to find out there is a significant relationship and how strong the correlation between the level of motivation to discipline an employee working. Sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with a random sample of 63 persons and the number of retrieval techniques are included in probability sampling. Based on the test results obtained by the correlation coefficient r calculated value of 0.509 with 0.05 significance level. That is, the relations between the two variables with the level of relationship is (balanced). From these results obtained t count value of 4.618 while t tables of α = 5% to test the two parties, so t table by 2.000. Then t count (4.618)> t table (2.000). Thus the hypothesis of this study says that "There is a significant and balanced relationship between motivation to discipline an employee working" alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted.
