PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL DENGAN PARTISIPASI PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING PADA KANTOR CABANG PERBANKAN DI JAKARTA PUSAT

ABSTRAK
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the Organizational Commitment, and Leadership Styles of Managerial Perfomence with the budget Participation as a Moderating Variable on branch Banking Offices in Central Jakarta. In conducting this research,the methods used to the hypotheses is partial regression coefficient tests or t test and multiple. Earlier test were conducted data quality ( reliability testing, test validity ) of data normality test ( Kolmogorov Smirnov test ) and test the assumptions of classical regression analysis which showed that the variables in use are free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normally distributed variables,using the program spss version 17.00. This study us primary data by distributing questionnaries to the Office of Branch Banking in Central Jakarta with 30 samples processed. The results of this study indicate that there is simultaneously a significant influence of the the Organizational Commitment, and Leadership Styles of Managerial Perfomence with the Participation of the budget as a Moderating Variable, , and research results with a partial test or t test showed that the Participation of the budget pemoderasi had no effect on the relationship between Organizational Commitment Managerial Perfomance.
