PENGARUH KEDISIPLINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA DIVISI NETWORK SERVICE JABOTABEK PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI SELULAR DI JAKARTA

ABSTRAK
The objective of this research is determining the influence of independent variable consist of Discipline and occupational environment on Employee Performance as the dependent variable. The method that has been used is causal comparative method. The object of this research is an employee of network service jabotabek PT Telekomunikasi Selular, in Jakarta. In this study captured 40 respondents, where the authors deploy as many as 30 statements written questionnaires completed by the employee network service jabotabek PT Telekomunikasi Selular, in Jakarta, which was answered by using the "Likert Scale". The results of this research indicate that the coefficient of linear regression Discipline is 0.825. And The Discipline Variable obtained t hitung = 7.919. Coefficient of linear regression occupational environment is 0.578. And The occupational environment Variable obtained t hitung = 9,634. Meanwhile The results showed that the Coefficients of Linear Regression of Discipline on Employee Performance is 0.507. the Coefficients of Linear Regression of occupational environment on Employee Performance is 0.408. The results of Hypothesis Testing with Multiple Linear Regression is obtained Fhitung = 140,381.
