ABSTRAK
Abstraction This research of leadership style and work performance assessment on productivity of employees in PT Angkasa Pura II (PERSERO). The purpose of this research was to determine how much influence job leadership style and work performance assessment on the productivity of employees working in PT Angkasa Pura II (PERSERO). The mentod used is a casual comparative research. Sampels taken by researchers amounted to 0 respondents based on the solvin the theory, using with the value of e=10%. In the mentod of data collection techniques the author uses observation, interview and questionnaires. In statistical analysis the authors use the program SPSS (Statistical package for the Social Sciences) 17 to search for validity, reliability, coefficient of multiple correlation, multiple determination, multiple regression analysis, T test and F test, with significance level α= 5%. Data processing performed by SPSS (Statistical package for the Social Sciences) 17, then the obtained r=0.684, with double determination of the remaining 35.4% and 64,6% show the contribution of other factors. Regression value obtained for Ŷ = 9,941 + 0.156X1 + 0.619X2 and for the Ftest with α = 5 % obtained Fcount value of 9,656 and Ftable value of 3.285 which means Fcount > Ftable, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted that meaning of leadership style (Variable X1) and work performance assessment (X2) significantly affect productivity employees working (Variable Y) in the PT Angkasa Pura II (PERSERO).
