PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU DAN KEMAMPUAN TENAGA KERJA LEPAS TERHADAP KINERJA WAKTU PENYELESAIAN PEKERJAAN RE-ENGINEERING BASEFRAME TOWER BTS

ABSTRAK

The re-engineering baseframe tower BTS is a job specific and technical requirements stringent. Therefore specific and stringent requirements of the work so must be done by the proper manpower to achieve the time of completion of work in accordance with the planned. To achieve completion of work in accordance with the planned time influenced by the individual characteristics factors and quality of manpower. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics and capabilities of freelance manpower against time performance execution of the re-engineering baseframe tower BTS and knowing the character and quality of the proper freelance manpower for the work execution. Data collecting in this study by questionnaire and direct interview to the respondent. Variables in questionnaire question based on individual characteristics factors and capabilities manpower of influence on the time performance execution of re-engineering baseframe tower BTS. Data from the questionnaire and interview results were analyzed statistically using SPSS program according to the rules of the testing and analysis of applicable data. From analysis results obtained freelance manpower factor of influence on the completion time performance of work that is the manpower classification factor.
